Each
applicant will submit his email address within a submit form.
You must persuade them into your good intentions and make them
trust you and your AP. Consequently, visitors must believe that
their data will never be misused, exposed, nor given to anyone,
but strictly serve the award purposes. You must adhere to such
rules at all cost. Even judges will not be given anyone’s
data. Having completed evaluations and notifications, all
personal data must be erased and destroyed. The applicant must
feel safe and be sure of your high professional standards and
ethics. Each possible manipulation is non-ethical and
non-profitable. Therefore, it is in your own interest to protect
your visitors.
