If
your AP is multi-leveled (gold, silver, bronze, merit e.g.)
while your applicant won the award (not the highest-level
award), you may offer a subsequent opportunity for the highest
level award submission and upgrade.
However,
there are some additional opportunities:

to
remind an applicant of your friendship and your AP major
purpose |
| 2. |
to
ask an applicant to re-surf your AP. If he/she really
feels that subsequent upgrade is sufficient for the
award, you should encourage their efforts |
| 3. |
your
enthusiasm about your applicants’ efforts should be
sincere and obvious. Even slight improvements are the
step forward in the internet design, creation and
mission |
| 4. |

the submit form |
