Basic
technical criteria
The
basic technical criteria concern legitimate existence of your
site on the net. In order to be legitimate, and subsequently
award evaluated, your site must meet the following criteria:

site page must contain meta: title, key-words and
description |

site must contain correct HTML coding |
| -each
graphic must be coded |
| -it
must be registered within well-known search machines |
| -it
must be easily accessible |
| -it
must be easy to navigate |
| -it
must have fast loading |
| -it
must be children and family safe |
| -it
must have copyrights |
| -it
must contain Ethic of Statement |
| -it
must be written on English, German, French, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Vietnamese,
Italian, Portuguese, Spain, Czech, Slovak, Bulgarian,
Macedonian. |

Your
site must have content
Both
content and design are the most important parameters for site
visitors. Content mirrors your site mission and justifies its
existence. A site without recognizable basic content is a dead
site. Consequently, in lines of the content, your site must meet
the following criteria:

must be functional) |

site must have recognizable basic theme |

must be well organized |

style is evaluated |

must be refreshing, unique, expressive, and creative |

must provoke emotions(“possess the soul”) |

must be innovative, positive and acceptable |

must not contain disqualifying elements |

Your
site must be creatively designed
The
content becomes recognizable as soon as a site is designed.
Therefore, without design, site existence is hardly possible.
Both content and design manifest the pulse of a site. For that
reason, design performs highly significant role in web
presentation. You may have the best ideas, thoughts, and
content, yet with a clumsy design, all efforts will yield poor
results, while your site will most likely miss its mission and
fail to win the award. Your
design must meet the following requirements:

must agree with the content in full |

must be refreshing, innovative, and boldly take advantage
of updated technologies |

give certain credit where it is necessary |

we expect artistic elements/expression |

design is syncretism (uses colors, movements, sound etc) |

elements must serve the basic idea theme |

choice and text organization falls into design as well |

must be in accordance with content, not being its mere
illustration |

may be even a content component (by its expressiveness) |

expect refreshing, innovative and unique design |

design must not contain disqualifying elements |

Elements
which disqualify your site
Each
site on the net, as already mentioned, performs a certain role
on the net. Being accessible to children, and people of very
high moral standards etc, your site must not contain certain
elements. If your wish to win the award, do take into account
the following : Your
site will be disqualified:

contains adult-porno material in any form |
| -if
contains offensive elements in any form |
| -if
promotes hatred, violence, jingoism, intolerance in any
form |
| -if
promotes political, spiritual, religious ideas in any form |
| -if
contains family and children unfriendly elements |
| -if
your language style is vulgar |
| -if
contains broken icons |
| -if
contains dead external/internal links |
| -if
contains stealing bandwidth |
| -if
promotes illegal activities |
| -if
violates the laws of Serbia, USA and your country |
| -if
borrows other design/content without authorization |
| -if
linked with sites promoting offensive, porno or other
disqualifying material |
| -if
you are under 16 years old |
5)
Do
not submit your site (because it will be disqualifying):
| -
if your site contains multiple spelling errors, |
| -
if there are horizontal scrolls on your site in either 800
x 600 or higher resolution |
| -
if your site do not have page reserved for awards which is
linked to main page, |
| -
if your site do not have proper privacy of statement, |
| -
if your site is not properly copyrighted, |
| -
if your site contains exit pop up windows, |
| -
if your site or you violate any rules of our Privacy and
Code of Ethics, and rules of next associations: RAU,
Apex,
CEM/CEMA. |
