There
are a number of people who can easily write the Code of Ethics,
due to already existent ethics forms. Being in a quite specific
situation, we will attempt to explain a few facts before.
The site is placed on the US
server, which implies unquestionable abiding to the US laws.
The site members a lot of
organizations from France, UK, Germany, thereby subject to laws
of these countries. We
are the citizens of FRY, so that we have to adhere to the
Yugoslav laws. The
site awards are available to all people all over the globe. We
will also adhere to the laws of their countries.
Therefore,
the Code of Ethic is to maintain stringent moral normative,
otherwise its mere existence would be meaningless. Consequently,
we will not join any offensive activities or accept offensive
sites nomination.

truly respect all religions, and spiritual paths, but we
do not accept offensive sites about this topics. |

political organizations, but we do not accept offensive

that we will not accept nominations promoting hatred,
violence, jingoism, satanism, and destruction in any

children protection sake, we will not accept nominations
from persons younger than 16, nor family and children
unfriendly sites. |

It
happens that web masters create sites full of violence,
with intention to explain its bad influence. However,
due to the site criteria we will not accept such
nominations. |

The
sites promoting internet fear and new technology fear
cannot be nominated. On the other hand, sites promoting
humane and positive new technology use are highly
welcomed for nomination. |

Pornography,
sex, sexual maltreatment( of children in particular),
sexual harassment, cannot find the place on this site. |

Sites
containing links with the above stated cannot nominate
for the awards. |
| 9. |
If
you enter some of above stated material after receiving
the award(including links), the award will no longer be
valid. |

It
is our purpose to create network of high ethics, useful
and creative web sites to spread noble ideas, and
perform such mission on the net. |

have to respect national, traditional, racial, and other
differences among the people |

Significant
part of this act was taken into a basic scoring and
basic criteria for nomination. |
