We are all aware that the survival of water world has been endangered.  Consequently, both human and wildlife world suffer irreparable harm. On  the other hand, we had a chance to see its beauty and splendor so many  times (various reports, photos, TV coverage, magazines...) Even today,  sea life and mysterious ocean depths seem to hide miraculous, almost  magical secrets... Our soul is related to water (many religions suggest water  purification rituals, seeking for some strange power protection hidden in  water). For a human being, water means life and and life duration.
Consequently, the sites dedicated to water should be so expressive, to portray life in its essence. We expect to see designers' best, their full creativity, love, respect and professionalism.
Water presents a great challenge for scientists, artists, medical science( more than 80% of human body structure). Thus, we feel that such a theme would be a real challenge for masters of web design. So, we expect to see supreme web sites, so powerfully inspired by water world, bringing about outstanding web creations.
