COPYRIGHTS

Until recently, copyrights protection in Yugoslavia was very difficult.

We have decided to protect our copyrights on the territory of Yugoslavia, that is Serbia, and thus protect our copyrights worldwide through the Yugoslav Authors Agency. Finally, We own a valid certificate about our site’s protection and the Flame of Nature Awards Program is particularly protected by the certificate as well as the awarded graphics. The  Awards Program is thus protected in the following categories:

- copyrights

- the name of the Program is protected by the copyrights of the author as well as the trademark

- awarded graphics are also protected by the copyrights of the author and the trademark

Thus, it is not permitted to use the Program or any of its parts without our consent.
